Warranty Policy

Salitaire offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on jewelry plating for all products purchased from salitaire.com. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in plating quality.


What’s Covered

  • Plating discoloration or tarnishing due to manufacturing defects

  • Peeling or fading of plating within normal usage

  • One-time free re-plating service per product


What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use

  • Physical damage, scratches, or breakage

  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions

  • Water exposure (swimming, bathing, sweating)

  • Improper storage or handling

  • Lost stones or missing parts

  • Customer modifications or resizing


Warranty Claim Process

Submit Request: To claim warranty service, please contact us on WhatsApp (+91-9650994791) with your order number and a picture of the defective item.

  1. Courier Product: Send product to our Kolkata warehouse with original invoice

  2. Inspection: 2-3 working days quality inspection

  3. Re-plating: 5-7 working days service (if approved)

  4. Return: Product shipped back to you

Total Process: 10-14 working days

Important: Each product warranty can be claimed only once during the warranty period.

Care Instructions

To maintain warranty:
