Missing/Damaged Product
Contact within 2 days with an unboxing video is required and will be considered as the only valid proof for a replacement.
Product Warranty
Covers plating discoloration, tarnishing, or peeling due to manufacturing defects. Excludes normal wear, water/chemical exposure, physical damage.
To claim warranty service, please contact us on WhatsApp (+91-9650994791) with your order number and a picture of the defective item. Each product warranty can be claimed only once during the warranty period. We inspect (2-3 days), re-plate free (5-7 days), and ship back. Total: 10-14 working days.
