Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above Rs 499/-. Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of Rs 120/-. Every piece is carefully packaged in our signature Salitaire box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Pre-orders/Special Drops: 11-14 working days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and SMS with your tracking details. You can also DM us your order number anytime and we'll provide a real-time update on your shipment.
No. Original shipping non-refundable.
At the moment, we only ship within India. But the good news — international shipping is coming soon.

Return and Exchange
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing it. After that window, we may not be able to make changes — but we'll do our best to help.

Missing/Damaged Product
Contact within 2 days with an unboxing video is required and will be considered as the only valid proof for a replacement.
Product Warranty
Covers plating discoloration, tarnishing, or peeling due to manufacturing defects on metal-based jewellery (chains, pendants, bracelets, rings, and earrings). Stone-based necklaces, pendants, bracelets, and their locks and extenders are not covered under plating warranty. Excludes normal wear, water/chemical exposure, and physical damage.
To claim warranty service, please contact us on WhatsApp (+91-9650994791) with your order number and a picture of the defective item. Each product warranty can be claimed only once during the warranty period. We inspect (2-3 days), re-plate free (5-7 days), and ship back. Total: 10-14 working days.

Our pieces are crafted using high-quality stainless steel with anti-tarnish gold and silver plating — built to look sharp and last long with everyday wear. For our Artisan Collection, we use premium alloy metal, carefully finished to deliver a distinctive, elevated look. Our stone-based necklaces, pendants, and bracelets feature natural stones only — no plastic beads, ever. Every Salitaire piece is designed to resist tarnish, maintain its shine, and stand the test of time.
Our pieces are built to last. Most of our collection features a tarnish-resistant coating and is water-resistant for everyday wear. However, we recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering, or applying fragrances to maintain its finish over time.
