Not the perfect fit? Let's swap it!
We're here to make sure you love your purchase. If the size isn't right, we'll happily exchange it—as long as it's available.
- How soon? Just let us know within 7 days of delivery.
- Availability: We'll check if your size is in stock. If not, pick an equal-value alternative, store credits, or upgrade to a higher-value item (pay the difference upfront via prepaid). For lower-value options, we'll credit the balance to your wallet.
- What we need:
- Item unused, in original packaging, tags on.
- For size issues only, on items with size options.
- Shipping: A small ₹125 fee covers exchange delivery (original shipping isn't refundable). One exchange per order.
- Next steps: Send it back, we'll inspect gently, approve it, and get your new item on the way—plus notify you every step.
